Trudi is also currently developing a Yoga Alliance 50hr Continued Professional Development course (CPD) in teaching Yoga to Children.
After conducting significant research in this area of teaching, the Yoga Alliance UK have discovered that there are a number of school teachers wanting to teach yoga to children. They have plenty of experience with children but do not necessarily want to complete 200 hours of yoga training.
Children's yoga uses the fundamentals of yoga as a tool to engage children in stretching, playing and meditation, which is why anyone that can demonstrate a minimum of 500 hours of yoga practice can embark on a children's training course.
